Male Yorkshire Terrier Needs Foster to Own Family in Bothell, Washington For Sale

Kwigley is a young adult yorkie that we use for a daddy in our small Puppies With A Purpose program (supports children's programs). We love yorkies and have had Kwigley with us for about five months now. He was born in a puppy mill so we took him and have worked with him to be a family pet. He is used as a daddy several times a year but the rest of the time he is just like any other normal pet.
He is an easy dog to own - he is well behaved, potty trained, likes to be with his people, go for walks and rides in the car. We think he may have been a bit abused before we got him so he is a little timid at first and takes some time to warm up to new people. He's a nice blend of friendly and independent - he's not "needy" but likes to be around people - and also likes other dogs. He's never been around cats so can't say about that. He's not a good dog for small children as he is a bit afraid of the noise and other things that small children do but he'd be fine for an older child or adults.
